Food, Culinary and Lifestyle Education Programme — Live Classroom
Four months to learn to nourish yourself independently: the science of nutrition, cooking techniques, organising your week and everything around the table, supported by a better lifestyle: stress management, sleep, social relationships and movement.
Overview
Almost everyone arrives with a precise goal: to lose weight, to feel better, to get back on track, or to manage a medical condition better. This is why the programme starts exactly there: a complete assessment, with a medical doctor present, an eating plan and a written report to face the path ahead of you.
But a plan, on its own, lasts only as long as it lasts. What stays with you is understanding: why a food is good for you and in what quantity, what changes when you cook it, how much you really need to eat, how to put together a week that works even when the day goes wrong.
This is why, after the assessment, the programme continues for four months with an appointment every ten to twelve days. Five meetings are in-depth sessions, to acquire the tools; five are just yours, and there we look at how it is going, what works and what needs adapting.
And then there is everything around the table that decides how well we really eat: how much we move, how much we sleep, how much stress we bring to dinner, which risks we can reduce with simple choices. This is discussed in the one-to-one meetings, one topic at a time, because it is about you and not the group.
Everything live, nothing recorded: we really meet, every ten to twelve days, and half of the meetings are just for you. You join from wherever you prefer, as long as it is a calm place away from distractions.

The five in-depth sessions
One hour each · scientific, food and gastronomic tools
