Complete Consultation

Food, nutrition, culinary and lifestyle consultation

Overview

An assessment in three meetings, which begins before our first appointment. It is the right choice when you need clarity, want to understand which programme to take, or when your situation does not call for a medium- to long-term path.

How it works

  1. 1.

Before the meeting. You receive a seven-day food diary and a questionnaire in which to tell me about yourself. You send them five to seven days beforehand, so that the medical doctor and I come to the appointment having already studied your situation.

  2. 2.

The first meeting, 90 minutes. It opens with you: this meeting is about you, and you will tell me about yourself and why you asked for my help. Then comes the conversation and, if what emerges calls for it, the use of specific assessment tools. A medical doctor takes part in the meeting and gives an opinion on general health status.

  3. 3.

The written report. You receive a complete document with an interpretation of what emerged, answers to the reasons that brought you here, and the eating plan.

  4. 4.

Putting it into practice. You apply the guidance and fill in a second food diary.

  5. 5.

The second meeting, 30 minutes. After fifteen days we discuss how it went and fine-tune what is needed.

  6. 6.

The third meeting, 30 minutes. One month after the second, we review what has become a habit and what is still resisting.

The version for two adults · Complete Consultation · Family (two adults)

The same Complete Consultation, for two adults who live together, and for how the whole household eats.

In a family, nobody eats alone. There is one shop, one kitchen, and what is prepared in the evening ends up on everyone's plate. This is why the Complete Consultation also exists in a version for two adults: each with their own assessment and their own eating plan, but with a shared view of how food is organised at home.

  1. 1.

Before the meeting. Each adult receives and fills in their own seven-day food diary and their own questionnaire, to be sent five to seven days beforehand.

  2. 2.

The first meeting, 2 hours. Two hours together, to listen to you both. We start from you: what brought you here, what your week looks like, who cooks, who does the shopping, what works and what does not. Then comes the conversation and, if what emerges calls for it, the use of specific assessment tools. A medical doctor takes part and gives an opinion on the general health status of you both.

  3. 3.

The written reports. Each of you receives a complete document with an interpretation of what emerged and your own eating plan. Together with the two reports, you receive the section dedicated to the home: shopping, organising the week, portions, and how to help the children eat well too without cooking twice.

  4. 4.

Putting it into practice. You apply the guidance and fill in a second, single food diary for the whole family.

  5. 5.

The second and third meetings, 45 minutes each. After fifteen days and one month after the second.

A note about children. No eating plans are drawn up for children. Children benefit from the programme through what is cooked and organised at home: the same preparations, adjusted portions and attention to the foods that need to be handled in a particular way for them.
